What you will do

• Plan and produce daily shoots, leading morning briefings to set expectations for the shoot team.
• Ensure shoot guides are followed and perform quality checks on images to maintain brand standards.
• Manage the US stock image transfer process and coordinate site connections for Mix & Match SKUs.
• Resolve daily queries from retail teams and maintain the Alt Image Request Log.
• Upload supplier imagery and ensure all assets meet department KPIs.
• Collaborate with Shoot Producers, Operations, and Post-Production teams to deliver department strategy.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the fashion ecommerce industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a strong understanding of catwalk and street style trends.
• Must be based in London, UK.
