What you will do

• Partner with People Business Partners and COEs to create strategies and processes that drive business impact.
• Act as a change champion, driving communication and change management during reorganizations.
• Coach managers and leaders on organizational design, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with central teams (Talent Acquisition, Development, Analytics) to enable the People Agenda.
• Utilize people metrics and data to provide insights and improve HR service delivery.
• Support leaders in optimizing organizational efficiency while maintaining healthy eNPS, Attraction, and D&I metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of HR/Consultancy experience, including 3+ years in a People Partner role.
• Expert knowledge of HR principles and deep knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law.
• Proven expertise in Change Management and the ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including exposure to C-level executives.
• Proficiency in statistical or data analytics with a focus on people metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or a related field.
