What you will do

• Perform cloning, cutting, transplanting, and maintenance of plants during propagation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor health of mother plants and clones, reporting pests or abnormalities to the lead.
• Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) duties, including the release of biological control agents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and propagation areas to prevent contamination.
• Maintain accurate records of growth data, inventory levels, and observations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic understanding of plant propagation techniques, cloning, and rooting.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently within a team.
• Attention to detail in plant monitoring and recording observations.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance in cultivation environments.
• Must undergo a medical screening exam as the role is in a GMP-certified plant.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in plant care, propagation, or a related field.
• Training or certifications in horticulture, agriculture, or propagation techniques.
