What you will do

• Scan web applications for vulnerabilities and ensure they are remediated.
• Evaluate the security posture of applications and systems to identify risks.
• Research new security threats, vulnerabilities, and exploit techniques.
• Respond to security threats and implement new security requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to developers during the security process.
• Utilize OWASP concepts to secure various technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in manual security testing.
• Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience implementing and operating security technologies in a hybrid cloud environment, specifically AWS.
• Working knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Node, TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of IT operations and service support processes.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CEH, Security+, or CSSLP.
