Security Operations Engineer

TL;DR

A fintech startup developing an independent payment orchestration platform in a highly regulated environment.

What you will do

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including access rights and permissions.
• Maintain corporate devices using Jamf and manage office hardware inventory.
• Administer SaaS platforms and subscriptions while ensuring secure configurations.
• Participate in vulnerability management, tracking, and remediation processes.
• Support PCI DSS audit preparation and maintain compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot IT and security-related requests, including VPN, MFA, and password issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or Security Operations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with macOS administration and MDM solutions like Jamf.
• Understanding of fundamental information security principles and vulnerability management.
• Experience with user access management and SaaS platform administration.
• Basic understanding of AWS services, IAM, and cloud security concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in PCI DSS or similar compliance programs.
• Experience working with SSO, MFA, and AWS environments.
• Basic scripting or automation skills.
• Russian or Greek language proficiency.
