What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of financial components and related systems.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and dependencies across systems.
• Implement mandatory regulatory and business-driven changes.
• Investigate incidents and perform debugging across C/C++ and Java components.
• Drive knowledge consolidation through reverse engineering and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on lifecycle decisions regarding maintenance or modernization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with CI/CD and Scrum methodologies.
• Practical use of GitHub Copilot.
• Domain knowledge in the credit sector.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Warsaw, Poland.
• English proficiency for daily international communication.
