What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex features for Ruby on Rails applications.
• Write high-quality, performant, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate on code reviews and participate in technical architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional Ruby on Rails experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency with RSpec testing framework.
• Experience with SQL optimization and database schema design.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS).
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and background processing (Sidekiq).

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects or Ruby gems.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like DataDog.
