What you will do

• Define and drive technical vision for computer vision systems, including generative AI and multimodal intelligence.
• Oversee the design and delivery of production-ready CV pipelines using PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and ML Architects.
• Architect advanced models such as diffusion systems, transformers, and vision-language models.
• Establish and improve CV engineering processes and MLOps best practices on cloud platforms.
• Mentor and guide Computer Vision Engineers to embed expertise across the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile
• Extensive Python and PyTorch expertise with a track record of production-level CV systems.
• Deep knowledge of classical CV techniques, including camera calibration and geometric scene understanding.
• Advanced experience with generative AI, diffusion models, and vision-language models.
• Proven expertise in model optimization using ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency required
