What you will do

• Define and drive technical standards and architecture for end-to-end ML systems.
• Oversee the design and delivery of production-ready LLMOps pipelines using tools like MLflow, LangSmith, and Weights & Biases.
• Architect and oversee multi-agent systems using LangGraph or CrewAI to drive autonomy at scale.
• Improve ML engineering processes including CI/CD/CT pipeline governance and cloud infrastructure management.
• Mentor and guide ML Engineers to embed engineering excellence and MLOps best practices.
• Contribute to technical strategy and communicate complex decisions to clients and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile
• Strong Python proficiency with a track record of deploying complex ML systems in production.
• Deep expertise in LLMOps, AgentOps, and experiment tracking tools.
• Experience architecting cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced knowledge of agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency required
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
