What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end market access strategy for Atopic Dermatitis, aligning with global value and brand objectives.
• Define and implement access strategies across priority Western European markets.
• Develop robust value propositions and payer value narratives to support market entry.
• Navigate national and subnational access pathways, including hospital formularies and regional decision-making.
• Drive post-launch evidence generation strategies, such as RWE and outcomes research, to support renewals and access optimization.
• Collaborate as the primary partner to Global Brand, Medical, HEOR, and Regional Access teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty or biologics.
• Deep understanding of Western European market access systems and HTA processes.
• Proven track record in designing and leveraging post-launch evidence for payer decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer value stories.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.
