What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead on complex .NET projects, owning delivery, quality, and scalability.
• Lead technical execution of a cross-functional squad, mentoring junior engineers and resolving technical blockers.
• Architect robust, scalable, and cost-efficient end-to-end cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to align technical delivery with business requirements and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and manage technical debt to ensure high-quality team deliverables.
• Implement comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer, onboarding, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in .NET.
• Proven experience as a technical leader or informal mentor within a team.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
• Experience in iOS or Android development.
• Direct management experience.
