DevOps Engineer (IAM)

What you will do

• Design and develop Crossplane compositions using KCL to standardize Auth0 tenant configurations.
• Automate recurring operational tasks and improve platform architecture for scalability and performance.
• Assist internal product teams in configuring Auth0 tenants based on their requirements.
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes-based Crossplane environments, including patching and incident resolution.
• Develop CLI tools and scripts in Go or Bash for batch automation tasks.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal crossplane provider-auth0 in Golang.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and programming paradigms.
• Experience with multiple programming languages such as Go, Python, C#, Haskell, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of OAuth2.0, OIDC, authentication flows, and JWT handling.
• Experience with IT infrastructure (Azure or other cloud providers), Kubernetes, DNS, and TLS.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like OpenTofu or Terraform.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes tools such as ArgoCD, Helm, or Kustomize.
• Experience with Identity Providers like Auth0 or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• German language skills.
