Kubernetes Administrator

TL;DR

Kubernetes Administrator (DevOps): Management and optimization of Kubernetes clusters across production, testing, and development environments with an accent on high availability, scalability, and network stack management. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Prague, Brno, or Pardubice (Czech Republic)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resolve performance and security issues within Kubernetes.
• Configure and manage the network stack, including network policies, VPN, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure processes in Kubernetes and virtual environments using Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and participate in VMware management.
• Coordinate work with junior colleagues and drive initiatives for infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and operational experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Tanzu).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network policies.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging tools in Kubernetes environments.
• Czech language proficiency (required).
• English level B2.
