Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $106,000 – $162,500 annually

What you will do

• Conduct clinical safety and quality monitoring of AI-driven mental health tools to ensure alignment with clinical protocols.
• Perform clinical escalation procedures to support client safety and ensure appropriate care responses.
• Validate AI systems' clinical accuracy and effectiveness through structured testing and evaluation.
• Develop and curate "gold standard" clinical responses to guide AI model outputs.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in AI-driven clinical interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to enhance AI tool development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or PsyD/PhD in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) in good standing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of post-licensure direct clinical experience in full-time practice.
• Strong expertise in safety risk assessment and crisis intervention (e.g., suicidality, self-harm).
• Deep knowledge of evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, or EFT.

Nice to have

• Experience applying generative AI or LLMs in a healthcare or mental health context.
• Experience delivering culturally responsive clinical care.
