Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany) - 3 office days per week required

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end SKU creation process from initial selection to go-live.
• Coordinate product information such as images and dimensions with the Brand Buying team.
• Prepare seasonal category go-lives and perform continuous onsite checks for product readiness.
• Analyze performance data and create portfolio visualizations to support strategy preparation.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management, Production, and Brand Buying teams.
• Research consumer preferences, market trends, and emerging AI tools for category management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Retail Business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data handling).
• Strong affinity for the premium Home & Living market.
• English: Fluency required.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured working style.

• First practical experience gained through internships or a previous permanent role.
