What you will do

• Design and implement passwordless authentication and Zero Trust principles for the internal environment.
• Define and enforce security baselines for Windows and macOS endpoints via MDM tools (Intune/Jamf).
• Secure the corporate Azure footprint and manage high-fidelity detection via EDR/XDR solutions.
• Assess third-party SaaS integrations and maintain CASB and DLP policies to protect corporate data.
• Lead incident response activities and develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell (SOAR).
• Coordinate vulnerability and patch management and automate evidence collection for audits.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Security, IT Security Engineering, or a SOC role in cloud-first environments.
• Expertise in hardening macOS/Windows and managing security via MDM/UEM tools.
• Proficiency in Python and Terraform for automating APIs and security workflows.
• Proven experience with EDR tools and SIEM log analysis.
• Fluent English for communicating complex risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Deep technical knowledge of Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience implementing FIDO2/WebAuthn passwordless authentication.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
• Experience securing internal workloads in Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in PowerShell.
