What you will do

• Co-create and deliver the global packaging innovation pipeline for Specialized Nutrition.
• Lead end-to-end packaging development from concept through to market implementation.
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into scalable, cost-effective packaging solutions.
• Drive sustainability commitments, including circularity and eco-design principles.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of technical experts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and external partners to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• University degree in Packaging, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of packaging experience with deep expertise in flexible and fibre technologies.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of at least 5 people.
• Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder projects within FMCG, food, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging in nutrition or healthcare.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience with agile innovation tools and techniques.
