What you will do

• Lead narrative strategy and maintain a cohesive look and feel across complete short drama series.
• Apply mastery of lighting, composition, and performance to AI outputs to achieve high-end television quality.
• Use AI-assisted tools to build storyboards, shot lists, and backplates.
• Execute the final director's cut, personally managing generation, assembly, and refinement.
• Oversee and perform VFX cleanup of AI artifacts to ensure visual consistency.
• Ensure all produced content meets brand guidelines and intellectual property standards.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Film Director or Showrunner with a strong portfolio demonstrating the language of film.
• Expert understanding of film theory, pacing, and evoking human emotion.
• Functional understanding of AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or Luma.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid.
• High-level proficiency in After Effects for masking and compositing.
• English: B2 level required for reading scripts and collaborating with remote creative teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI audio and music tools like ElevenLabs, Udio, or Suno.
• A hacker mentality with a passion for testing new tools immediately upon release.
