DevSecOps Engineer (Gamedev)

DevSecOps Engineer (Security/CI/CD): Owning the security of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software supply chain with an accent on embedding security controls into developer workflows and build systems. Focus on designing scalable guardrails, automating security checks (SAST, SCA, secrets), and hardening infrastructure to ensure secure software delivery.

What you will do

• Integrate and maintain security tools including SAST, SCA, secrets management, and WAF across build, test, and deploy stages.
• Design and operate in-house scripts and services to automate policy checks and asset classification.
• Define and enforce secure patterns for source control, CI/CD workflows, artifact repositories, and credentials.
• Harden cloud and on-prem server environments and triage infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into the security posture of DevOps environments.
• Write security standards and runbooks, and provide training to R&D and IT teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in server/infra management or CI/CD engineering with significant security responsibilities.
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, TeamCity, Harness, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Git workflows.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments and solid understanding of basic networking (IP, TCP/UDP, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with security tooling such as WAF, SAST/SCA, vulnerability scanning, and IaC security.
• Scripting skills in at least one language: Bash, Python, Groovy, or PowerShell.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Docker.
• Familiarity with database administration and logging/monitoring stacks.
