We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join a team delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions for an international financial services company. You’ll be working on product-oriented quality assurance, automated testing frameworks, and end-to-end validation processes in a modern Agile engineering environment.

⚠️ Important: Only candidates currently based in Poland will be considered. Relocation is not available.

🛠 Tech Stack

Automation: Java, Cucumber (BDD)
Testing: Manual & Automated Testing, Regression Testing
Methodologies: Gherkin, Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices
APIs: API Testing, End-to-End Testing
Tools & Processes: Bug Tracking, Quality Reporting, Test Management

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

Writing, executing, and maintaining manual test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD approach)
Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scenarios in the Java/Cucumber ecosystem
Identifying, prioritizing, documenting, and tracking defects throughout the development lifecycle
Preparing and communicating clear quality reports to stakeholders and project teams
Developing and improving regression testing scenarios
Participating in quality-related ceremonies such as Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, and Quality Chapter meetings
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams to ensure high product quality
Driving continuous improvement of the overall Quality Strategy
Promoting a shift-left quality mindset across cross-functional teams
Sharing QA best practices, tools, and methodologies across squads and teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in writing product-oriented test scenarios
Hands-on experience with test automation in the Java/Cucumber ecosystem
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
Experience working in complex enterprise-level projects
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong English communication skills

Experience with API testing and end-to-end testing approaches
ISTQB, TMAP, or Agile certifications
