TL;DR
Program Manager (Nutrition): Managing the overall day-to-day coordination and quality delivery of the Regional Nutrition Programme in Kenya and Uganda with an accent on integrated community-based malnutrition treatment and prevention. Location: Hybrid in Nairobi, Kenya with frequent travel to Uganda and other project sites.

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day coordination and implementation of the Regional Nutrition Programme across Kenya and Uganda.
- Develop and adjust program workplans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with technical staff to implement nutrition activities, including treatment, prevention, and WASH integration.
- Manage the supply chain and logistics for nutrition commodities to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with MEAL teams to monitor performance, identify gaps, and produce high-quality donor reports.
- Maintain relationships with government authorities, UN agencies, and local community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Public Health, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in humanitarian or development program management.
- Proven experience coordinating multisector nutrition or health programs in complex settings.
- Strong skills in work planning, budgeting, and donor reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrix structure.
- Commitment to organizational values of professionalism, humanity, and collaboration.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with MEAL systems and supply chain processes.
