What you will do

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint configurations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Deploy and troubleshoot virtualized environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Oversee enterprise backup and recovery using Veeam and Commvault, ensuring RPO/RTO alignment.
• Develop PowerShell and Ansible automation to improve service quality and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft server and workstation environments within a multi-customer/MSP context.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V).
• Demonstrated experience with Veeam and Commvault backup platforms.
• Strong scripting capabilities, specifically with PowerShell.
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned processes (incident, request, change, and problem management).
• Must be based in Perth, Western Australia for onsite work.

• Professional certifications in Windows Server, M365, VMware, or Cloud/Security systems.
