What you will do
- Manage systems engineering for Command for Underground Loading (CfUL), including validation, verification, and risk management.
- Develop and implement integration strategies for complex projects to optimize system balance and performance.
- Define and maintain the structure and behavior of CfUL, including internal and external interfaces.
- Author system specifications and develop operational scenarios and use cases for underground applications.
- Perform technical reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with safety standards such as ISO 15817 and 17757.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in an accredited Engineering field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in the mining industry.
- Expertise in systems engineering and software product architecture.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of autonomy, design patterns, and systems engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Linux OS, Microservices, Middleware, and Databases.
- Ability to work independently across various professional work environments.
