What you will do

• Partner with business owners and SMEs to translate complex business needs into clear KPIs and reporting use cases.
• Lead user-centric report design, including wireframes, page layouts, intuitive navigation, and data storytelling.
• Develop Power BI semantic models and DAX measures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to validate data readiness, schemas, and quality.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts such as star schemas, facts/dimensions, and grain.
• Ability to lead reporting design and work seamlessly with Data Engineering teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to bridge business strategy and technical execution.
• Must be located in the Philippines.
• Available for 6am to 3pm PHT shift.
