What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, audits, and inspections to ensure quality care.
• Manage staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
• Analyze KPIs such as patient volumes and turnaround times to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and laboratory personnel to ensure accurate communication of results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Must be based in St. Louis, MO.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by state).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulatory standards.
