What you will do

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for security products, including evaluations, safeguards, and trusted-defender workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and partner teams to translate cyber use cases and risk evaluations into product priorities.
• Shape cyber-specific model training, access patterns, and deployment criteria.
• Build and validate systems for measuring cyber capabilities and monitoring misuse risk.
• Work cross-functionally with Safety, Research, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams on company-wide cyber priorities.
• Translate frontier research into launch-ready tools and durable infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience in ML systems, security products, cyber evaluations, model training, or safety engineering.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in 0 → 1 environments and build reliable systems in high-stakes domains.
• Strong analytical thinking regarding cyber capability, misuse risk, and deployment tradeoffs.
• Must be based in the United States.
