What you will do

• Create robust and scalable backend solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Design system architecture and implement new product features for a driver verification platform.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive and efficient technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to raise the technical standard of backend services.
• Take full ownership of the backend service lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and production maintenance.
• Mentor other engineers and promote high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience, specifically in high-load environments.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Go and its advanced language features.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including schema design, scaling strategies (replication, partitioning, sharding), and query optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Redis and its efficient use in high-load systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• English: Intermediate+ (B1+) level required.
