What you will do

• Lead research on quantum control and calibration for dual-rail cavity qubits to support the build of error-corrected quantum systems
• Prototype and experimentally validate new quantum operations for next-generation quantum processors
• Develop experiments and novel techniques to calibrate and benchmark single- and two-qubit gates, measurement, and reset
• Perform systematic studies to identify and mitigate limiting error mechanisms

Requirements

• PhD with post-doctoral experience or MS with 3+ years of work experience in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering or related field
• Specialization in quantum computing, quantum information, or quantum error correction
• Established track record of experimental scientific contributions
• Strong background in quantum control, quantum measurement, or quantum device physics
• Proficiency in scientific programming for experiment control and data analysis (Python, Rust, Julia, MATLAB, C, C++ or similar)
