What you will do

• Perform laboratory tests and inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure timely release.
• Accurately record test results and maintain quality documentation and samples.
• Monitor and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and R&D to support process control and quality improvements.
• Participate in audits, customer visits, and investigations into non-conformities or complaints.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the site quality management system.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with physical testing methods such as viscosity, pH, solids content, grit, and color.
• Native-level Italian proficiency.
• English communication skills at B2 level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Control within industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and statistical process control.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
