What you will do

• Represent Quality Management for power modules within the development team.
• Define and execute qualification approaches for new product developments.
• Implement and maintain quality standards including JEDEC, AEC-Q, and AQG 324.
• Lead customer-facing quality reports, presentations, and complaint handling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to perform failure analysis and identify root causes.
• Identify and address quality gaps throughout the product creation process.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power module technology and assembly processes.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics and SiC/GaN applications.
• Expertise in international quality standards like AEC-Q101 and AQG 324.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
