What you will do

• Design and evolve a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform managed via Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo Workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks using Datadog, Coralogix, Sentry, and Wiz.
• Solve high-scale production problems, driving platform and security upgrades without impacting live tenants.
• Optimize the cost, reliability, and security of infrastructure underpinning Java microservices and ML workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering with deep AWS experience and production ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in real production environments.
• Proficiency in IaC and GitOps using Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, bash, or Node.js.
• System-level Linux knowledge, including troubleshooting DNS, iptables, and systemd.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv.
