Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX). In-person attendance expected 5 days per week during onboarding and at least 3 days per week afterwards.

Salary: $33.15 - $40 per hour

• Provide exceptional support to high-value clients, resolving complex issues with empathy and product expertise.
• Conduct personalized, goal-oriented conversations to support customers' individual financial journeys.
• Guide users through advanced investment products including multi-leg options, margin, crypto, and futures.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction ratings through empathetic, solution-oriented service.
• Share insights and recurring themes from customer interactions with internal teams to improve products.
• Collaborate with peers to optimize outreach strategies and support workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or within a licensed financial services environment.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Proficiency in multi-leg options strategies, margin trading, cryptocurrencies, and futures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics.
• Experience with CRM tools and feedback systems like Salesforce.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX offices.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 3 and Series 66 licenses.
