• Develop RL post-training science for frontier LLMs to revolutionize customer service.

Requirements

• Must be based in or eligible to work in Seattle, WA, USA.
• PhD, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proven track record of patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or parallel and distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux environments.
