Focus on building intuitive merchant-facing tools, collaborating with cross-functional growth teams, and ensuring a seamless transition from merchant configuration to consumer experience.

Location: Hybrid (Tallinn, Estonia or Warsaw, Poland). Minimum of 3 days in the office each week

What you will do

• Own and execute the UX/UI for the Incentives domain, covering campaigns, discounts, and ads for merchants.
• Transform complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs.
• Partner with consumer-facing designers to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience.
• Quickly prototype and test concepts to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure high-quality technical execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship.
• Expertise in Figma for UI design, advanced prototyping, and scalable design systems.
• Fluent English proficiency with the ability to pitch design visions through storytelling.
• Ability to manage complex systems and understand the business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn or Warsaw to satisfy hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior experience designing tools for marketing and business operators.
