Senior Product Designer (Merchants/Incentives): Designing and optimizing the user experience for merchants managing campaigns, discounts, and ads within the ecosystem with an accent on simplifying complex campaign logic and increasing partner retention. Focus on building intuitive merchant-facing tools, collaborating with cross-functional growth teams, and ensuring a seamless transition from merchant configuration to consumer experience.
Location: Hybrid (Tallinn, Estonia or Warsaw, Poland). Minimum of 3 days in the office each week

What you will do
- Own and execute the UX/UI for the Incentives domain, covering campaigns, discounts, and ads for merchants.
- Transform complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs.
- Partner with consumer-facing designers to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience.
- Quickly prototype and test concepts to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure high-quality technical execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship.
- Expertise in Figma for UI design, advanced prototyping, and scalable design systems.
- Fluent English proficiency with the ability to pitch design visions through storytelling.
- Ability to manage complex systems and understand the business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions.
- Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn or Warsaw to satisfy hybrid office requirements.

- Prior experience designing tools for marketing and business operators.
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate exploration and iteration.
