What you will do

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets from initiation to closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate resource allocation to ensure project success and monitor team performance.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards through rigorous control processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Serbia
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
