What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of procurement specialists, establishing clear KPIs and SLAs.
  • Optimize procurement workflows to reduce bureaucracy and accelerate the purchasing cycle.
  • Oversee the procurement budget and perform financial forecasting to prevent budget overruns.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve better pricing and flexible payment terms.
  • Manage IT procurement, including software licenses and long-term commitment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all orders, contracts, and payments in 1C and Jira.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Team Lead or Lead Procurement Specialist in IT domains.
  • Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or restructuring processes within a team.
  • Expertise in budget planning, cost tracking, and financial allocation for multiple departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in 1C (ERP/Trade Management), Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
  • Strong track record of successful business negotiations and achieving cost savings.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between internal technical teams and finance/accounting departments.
