What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest and transform data from diverse business and engineering systems.
• Create analytics-ready data models that ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting across the organization.
• Build and evolve data platform capabilities using Databricks or modern equivalent technologies.
• Implement data quality controls, lineage, and governance practices to ensure data reliability.
• Integrate data from ALM/PLM platforms, CI/CD systems, and IoT telemetry feeds.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in senior data engineering roles.
• Expertise in SQL for querying and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or modern data platforms.
• Proven ability to design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics-ready data models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mechatronics, electromechanical systems, or embedded software environments.
• Exposure to PLM/ALM ecosystems and engineering toolchains.
• Experience with IoT/telemetry data and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
