What you will do

• Collaborate with gameplay development teams to transform business requirements into valuable BI and research reports.
• Identify key needs and growth opportunities for the development team to enhance decision-making.
• Define tracking strategies and measurement metrics for new game functionality.
• Create and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reports for senior management and product teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business issues and optimize data processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar data analysis role.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for complex queries.
• Proficiency with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background.
• Experience with Python libraries for data analysis and DWH operations.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in game development.
• Deep understanding of game production processes.
• Experience with hirify.global titles or multiplatform game analysis (PC, mobile, console).
