What you will do

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Own features end-to-end from technical architecture to deployment and post-release support.
• Architect scalable, high-performance systems and maintain robust RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance across frontend, middleware, and backend layers.
• Review code, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid experience with TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in the React ecosystem and state management patterns.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and data modeling.
• Practical experience with TDD/BDD and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems or microservices architectures.
• Game development experience.
• Familiarity with CSS methodologies like BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
