What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), and React (Next.js).
• Implement new functionality from scratch, including RBAC services, API integrations, and custom endpoints.
• Work in an AI-augmented environment leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new product features.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, team planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proven expertise in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, and REST API development.
• Must be based in Albania, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
• Experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure.
• Fluent English (C1) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating design systems such as Tailwind and Storybook.
• Proven experience with AI-augmented development in pet projects or certifications.
• Participation in AI-assisted requirements breakdown using frameworks like spec-kit or BMAD.
