TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Fintech): Designing and deploying scalable infrastructure for automated end-to-end loan processing with an accent on CI/CD automation and cloud-based scalability. Focus on building robust pipelines, implementing modern observability tools, and ensuring seamless automation within a financial ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900 - 1300 PLN per man-day on B2B

What you will do

  • Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting automated loan processing systems.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers, Business SMEs, and Product Owners to ensure end-to-end automation.
  • Monitor systems and improve performance using modern observability tools.
  • Integrate systems and optimize workflows for smooth loan application and approval processes.
  • Contribute to Agile practices and solution design discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps with strong knowledge of CI/CD and cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of financial services processes and core banking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring/observability tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Degree in IT, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
