What you will do

• Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
• Monitor transactions and generate detailed financial reports.
• Manage chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery processes.
• Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns and verifications.
• Assist users with balance coverage, account adjustments, and activity monitoring.
• Investigate emerging fraud patterns to protect platform integrity.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Available to work on shifts (08:00–17:00 / 15:00–00:00)
• Previous experience in the Finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and internet applications
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
