What you will do

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into effective SAP HCM solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise in Austrian payroll to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end project phases including requirement gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
  • Support AMS activities such as incident management and change requests.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Contribute to User Support Services to maintain client satisfaction and system stability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Austrian Payroll (PY-AT).
  • Experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) or SAP implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or Payroll Control Center (PCC).
  • SAP HCM Certifications.
