Location: Hybrid (Kaunas, Lithuania)
Salary: 2500 EUR gross – 2900 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Prepare and process end-to-end monthly payroll for Lithuanian employees, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
- Support payroll processing activities for other European countries in cooperation with internal teams and external providers.
- Calculate and execute payments for salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions.
- Manage year-end payroll activities, statutory reporting, terminations, and off-cycle payments.
- Maintain payroll and Time & Attendance transactions in Workday and Employee Portal.
- Resolve complex employee pay-related issues and collaborate with HR and Finance departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Deep knowledge of Lithuanian payroll and statutory requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English and fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Kaunas office.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-country or European payroll environments.
- Practical experience with Workday or Business Central.
