TL;DR

Payroll Analyst (Finance): Managing end-to-end monthly payroll for Lithuanian employees and supporting European payroll operations with an accent on compliance with local legislation and data accuracy. Focus on processing Time & Attendance data, managing statutory reporting, and optimizing payroll workflows within Workday.

Location: Hybrid (Kaunas, Lithuania)

Salary: 2500 EUR gross – 2900 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Prepare and process end-to-end monthly payroll for Lithuanian employees, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Support payroll processing activities for other European countries in cooperation with internal teams and external providers.
  • Calculate and execute payments for salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions.
  • Manage year-end payroll activities, statutory reporting, terminations, and off-cycle payments.
  • Maintain payroll and Time & Attendance transactions in Workday and Employee Portal.
  • Resolve complex employee pay-related issues and collaborate with HR and Finance departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Deep knowledge of Lithuanian payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Kaunas office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-country or European payroll environments.
  • Practical experience with Workday or Business Central.
