TL;DR

Media Rights Director: Responsible for executing high-value negotiations and renewals to exceed annual targets, implementing a "Reach + Revenue" model. Focus on balancing Tier-1 Free-to-Air exposure to build the brand with premium OTT and Pay-TV partnerships to drive P&L performance across diverse markets.

Location: Hybrid role, required to do 3 days a week in the Hammersmith London office

What you will do

• Execute high-value negotiations and renewals to exceed annual targets.
• Implement a "Reach + Revenue" model to balance brand building with P&L performance.
• Launch commercial frameworks for ancillary and archive rights, unlocking year-round revenue streams.
• Lead onsite activations during E-Prix race weekends.
• Manage complex media contracts and anti-piracy measures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media rights or sports broadcasting.
• Established network of contacts across regional broadcasters and streaming platforms in APAC and MEA.
• Commercially astute with full P&L ownership experience.
• Financial modelling skills to structure complex deals.
• Understanding of digital distribution and emerging tech.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and travel to support commercial stakeholders.
