What you will do
- Build targeted outreach lists of creators and high-profile individuals across various platforms, industries, and niches.
- Research and qualify potential partners by assessing audience fit, content style, and previous campaign activity.
- Conduct initial outreach to secure introductory conversations for the Senior EPM.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners to coordinate and bring fundraising campaigns to life.
- Execute active campaigns and mobilize relevant public figures during crisis activations to amplify urgent efforts.
- Track pipeline health, outreach volume, and campaign outcomes via CRM and reporting tools.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, talent, PR, or coordinator roles.
- Hands-on experience working with creators, talent, or high-profile individuals is essential.
- Strong understanding of how to identify and approach valuable audiences beyond traditional influencers.
- Confident communication skills for representing the team to high-profile external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a reliable approach to ownership.
