What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to plan, build, and support high-value product features.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python, TypeScript, and modern cloud architectures.
• Apply a 'You Build It, You Run It' mindset to manage the full product lifecycle from commit to production.
• Ensure system stability and performance through rigorous observability practices and monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and drive product impact.
• Champion engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Deep understanding of modern web applications and full-stack development.
• Proven experience with Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Demonstrable experience in production support, observability, and test automation.
