What you will do

• Manage external outsourcing partners to produce high-quality characters, weapons, and props.
• Supervise and approve 3D assets, ensuring they meet artistic expectations and production standards.
• Collaborate with Art Directors to implement and align seasonal visual styles for the game.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback to vendors to ensure assets comply with approved concepts.
• Partner with Technical Artists to identify and resolve technical issues in outsourced assets.
• Maintain quality benchmarks and production standards for 3D asset creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in game art production or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in at least one full game production cycle.
• Experience collaborating with external outsourcing vendors on creative deliverables.
• Strong artistic and technical skills in high-resolution sculpting, modeling, and concept art.
• College diploma in a field related to video games.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Perforce, and Autodesk Flow (ShotGrid).
