What you will do

• Own the production relationship with co-dev partners, setting rhythms, frameworks, and communication norms.
• Drive cross-studio alignment by translating creative vision into clear plans and priorities.
• Track progress, risks, and team health, surfacing issues early and leading the response.
• Continuously improve processes, tooling, and team experience, feeding improvements into the wider production org.
• Stay close to industry practice in AAA production and co-dev.

Requirements

• 10+ years in production on AA/AAA titles, with at least 5 as a Senior Producer or equivalent, on cross-disciplinary teams of 100+.
• Proven senior-level ownership of external co-dev relationships across at least one full AAA development cycle.
• Full-cycle AAA experience from concept through launch; post-launch live service experience is a plus.
• Led end-to-end console development and release cycles across PlayStation and Xbox.
• Strong command of modern project management practice, agile, lean, or hybrid at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication across studios, time zones, and disciplines.
