What you will do
- Structure, draft, and negotiate non-dilutive financing transactions, including corporate loans and asset-backed deals.
- Act as the primary legal point of contact for banking counterparties using LMA-standard documentation.
- Advise on financing structures for data center and compute infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with external law firms on complex cross-border financing structures and multi-jurisdictional teams.
- Partner with Finance, M&A, and Business teams to align financing solutions with capital strategy.
- Build and maintain internal templates and guidelines for financing documentation.
Requirements
- Degree (LLB, LLM, JD) from an accredited law school in France or another EU country.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 4 years in an international law firm.
- Proven track record in structuring non-dilutive financing and project finance transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Paris.
- Knowledge of AI technologies (ML, NLP) and understanding of ethical AI considerations.
